Yes, Cruitfly has the availability to provide on our payroll workforce on a national scale in nearly all lower 48 states. This level of service and scale allow us to work with national clients to provide personnel no matter where the project is located.

Yes, our payroll team has been trained and our software ensures that certified payroll reports are completed for our clients on a weekly basis.

Yes, Cruitfly utilizes software to quickly and seamlessly share necessary documents such as training certificates, physicals, fit tests and other pertinent documents as requested by the client.

While our standard work week is Monday - Sunday, we have the capabilities of setting up a client within our system to match any unique work week a client desires. Overtime is billed and paid after hours worked in excess of 40 hours within a given week.

As a temporary staffing agency, Cruitfly does not offer paid holidays, but each employee accumulates vacation time for the hours worked. Employees may request to use their accrued vacation pay to make up any missed days of work up to 40 hours per year.

Yes, while 90% of our contracts are temporary and supplemental labor, we do allow clients the option to hire employees after employees have worked the negotiated threshold hours. Our motto is, “finding talent and building teams,” and our employees reaching full-time and long term employment with reputable companies is our ultimate goal.

Each client is vetted through our finance team to determine payment options and line of credit limits. We strive to find the best solution for each client. All payments are accepted through ACH and check.

All employees employed by Cruitfly must have the necessary and legal documentation. Furthermore, employees must have the necessary training certification or proven work experience to report to projects. All employees are screened through interview questions by our trained recruiting team.
